Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is not damaged by the customer
  • Item is not a final sale or non-returnable item

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or altered items
  • Items damaged by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@skmenswear.com with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back within 3 days of approval

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same timeline as returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
